Instructions for Completing the Scholarship Appllication

To fill out your scholarship application, you can open either of the files listed below. There are two files. A word document you can fill out on your computer and an Adobe .pdf file.

Both files will open into a new browser window, however, the .doc file will open into either a new window or into Microsoft Word depending on your computer settings. The document has been written in Microsoft Word.

Once opened, you will need to save the Word document onto your computer. After you fill out your information, send it as an attached file with an email to our Webmaster at admin@nogcsa.comThis e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

If you are using the .pdf file, please fill it out and mail it to:

Please Note NOGCSA Scholarship is open to any Student currently enrolled in an Turf Management Program only.
